Weekly Meetings

  • 7/02/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where edits to the website were talked about. Most of discussion was aimed towards the first draft report. Changes and suggestions were made to grammar, tables, and sections within the report. (1.25 Hr)

  • 6/25/2020 - No meeting

  • 6/18/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz revolved around website updates concerning specifications, budget charts, progress log, and homepage. Biggest discussion was mainly the report where guidelines and instructions were given to make sure that it it up to standard. (1 Hr)

  • 6/11/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where goals, specifications, a rubric, and the criteria were discussed more in-depth. Realistic goal of the project was redefined to be reasonable concerning the time constraints. Website updates, a success criteria chart, and the report were said to be started on for next week. (1 Hr)

  • 6/04/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where machine learning for the project was discussed and the approval of the project. Certain aspects such as exact goals, success criteria (measures), engineering specifications and enhanced block diagram had to be defined. (45 min)

  • 5/28/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where the two ideas were discussed in terms of machine learning and design implementation. The sign-language gloves became the affirmed idea where a test code demonstration on machine learning had to be done to prove the project could be performed. (1 Hr)

  • 5/21/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where the 4 ideas discussed were narrowed down to 2 which needed proof that they could be delivered. (1 Hr)

  • 5/14/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz where proposed ideas (1-7) were discussed. Ideas were narrowed down to 4 which needed more research. (1.25 Hrs)

  • 5/07/2020 - Zoom meeting with Dr. Ejaz and Dr. Notash. Decided teams ,went over syllabus topics and discussed next weeks expectations with design ideas, block diagrams and proposed schedule. (1.5 Hrs)
